缆索防腐技术探究 Research on Anticorrosion Technology of Bridge Cable Structure 专 姓 学 业:水工结构工程 名:喻 江 号:150202020013 指导老师:吉伯海 傅中秋 河海大学水利水电学院 2016 年 1 月 7 日 缆索防腐技术探究 缆索防腐技术探究 喻 江* (河海大学 水利水电学院,江苏 南京 210098) 摘 要:缆索是悬索桥、斜拉桥和拱吊桥等大跨度桥梁的核心部件,为主要承重结构。由于处在跨越 江河湖海的自然环境之下,既有应力腐蚀、疲劳腐蚀,又有金属腐蚀,极易遭受腐蚀破坏。为了保证 桥梁结构及缆索的安全,有必要对桥梁缆索进行防腐蚀研究。文中结合国内外工程案列,从悬索桥主 缆、斜拉桥斜拉索、拱吊桥吊杆索,以及锚具结构几方面出发,对桥梁缆索防腐关键技术进行了分析 和探讨。 关键词:桥梁缆索;主缆索;斜拉索;吊杆索;防腐技术 Research on Anticorrosion Technology of Bridge Cable Structure Yu Jiang (College of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering, Hohai University, Nanjing 210098China) Abstruct: Bridge cable structure, which is as the core component of the large-span suspension bridge, cable-stayed bridge and arch bridge, is the most important load-bearing structure. Under natural environment of the rivers and lakes, it is easy to corrosion damage result from stress corrosion, fatigue corrosion, and metal corrosion. In order to ensure the safety of bridge structure and its cable, it is necessary to research on corrosion resistance of bridge cable. Combined with engineering cases abroad and home, analysis and discussion on anticorrosion technology of bridge cable structure were launched from the several aspects of main cables of suspension bridge, stay cables of cable-stayed bridge, derrick cable of arch bridge, and the anchorage structure.
